For us, brand style is much more than corporate design. Style is the question of whether I should wear a tie or not, whereas design is ‘just’ about the colour of my tie. (Yes, we know ties are out of fashion, but the example is so wonderfully straightforward). That’s why we see brands in a much more holistic way.

For us, brand style is about how a brand feels, how it speaks to me, what stories it tells and, at the end of the day, how we can use this to imbue the brand with a new idea.
Of course, brand style also encompasses the traditional elements like a logo, font, colours, shapes, images and so on. No question about it. But that’s where our skill lies: it’s what we’ve been doing at IDEENHAUS for hundreds of brands since 1989.
