The challenge
Through transformation to transformation
For the global leader in the field of bone regeneration, it was time to face up to the new and special challenges in the market and increasing competition. In an in-depth strategy process, which was accompanied by the brand strategy consultancy BrandTrust through Jürgen Gietl and his team, the brand’s claim to leadership was worked out even more clearly. Our main task now was to translate the strategy in a self-similar but forward-looking way. We succeeded in doing this with the transformative elements. Thanks to the incredibly good cooperation with the client, it was possible to optimally translate the attitude and the will to change from the strategy.

Pioneering design — dynamic, flexible,
differentiating
In order to fulfil this responsibility, we methodically translated the redesign from the brand strategy into a new era in a tangible and visible way. Thanks to the process and the co-creative and appreciative collaboration on the client side, we were able to work quickly and in a targeted manner. Inspired by the theme of regeneration, we developed a dynamic brand sculpture that can be used in a variety of ways. The ‘Wave of Regeneration’ enables a precise but very dynamic realisation of all brand contact points along the customer journey. A new approach to typography, colours and images makes the brand’s new energy visible and ensures a consistent presentation of the brand at all touchpoints.

We shape the future
The implementation of the new visual identity was only really realised through master templates, training documents and internal training sessions as well as a comprehensive rollout. The new brand identity not only ensures creative diversity, but also a consistent experience across all brand touchpoints. We translated the new brand strategy, which was developed together with BrandTrust, into all stylistic elements of the brand and nothing was left to chance or even taste. The result inspires employees and customers alike and creates new confidence for a global leader, as the methodical approach minimises risk and thus maximises creativity. The initial reactions already show that we have managed to combine the right amount of creativity with a self-similar approach.
