The chal­lenge

Through trans­for­ma­tion to trans­for­ma­tion

For the global leader in the field of bone regen­er­a­tion, it was time to face up to the new and spe­cial chal­lenges in the market and increas­ing com­pe­ti­tion. In an in-depth strat­e­gy process, which was accom­pa­nied by the brand strat­e­gy con­sul­tan­cy BrandTrust through Jürgen Gietl and his team, the brand’s claim to lead­er­ship was worked out even more clear­ly. Our main task now was to trans­late the strat­e­gy in a self-sim­i­lar but forward-look­ing way. We suc­ceed­ed in doing this with the trans­for­ma­tive ele­ments. Thanks to the incred­i­bly good coop­er­a­tion with the client, it was pos­si­ble to opti­mal­ly trans­late the atti­tude and the will to change from the strat­e­gy.

Pio­neer­ing design — dynam­ic, flex­i­ble,
dif­fer­en­ti­at­ing

In order to fulfil this respon­si­bil­i­ty, we method­i­cal­ly trans­lat­ed the redesign from the brand strat­e­gy into a new era in a tan­gi­ble and vis­i­ble way. Thanks to the process and the co-cre­ative and appre­cia­tive col­lab­o­ra­tion on the client side, we were able to work quick­ly and in a tar­get­ed manner. Inspired by the theme of regen­er­a­tion, we devel­oped a dynam­ic brand sculp­ture that can be used in a vari­ety of ways. The ‘Wave of Regen­er­a­tion’ enables a pre­cise but very dynam­ic real­i­sa­tion of all brand con­tact points along the cus­tomer jour­ney. A new approach to typog­ra­phy, colours and images makes the brand’s new energy vis­i­ble and ensures a con­sis­tent pre­sen­ta­tion of the brand at all touch­points.

We shape the future

The imple­men­ta­tion of the new visual iden­ti­ty was only really realised through master tem­plates, train­ing doc­u­ments and inter­nal train­ing ses­sions as well as a com­pre­hen­sive roll­out. The new brand iden­ti­ty not only ensures cre­ative diver­si­ty, but also a con­sis­tent expe­ri­ence across all brand touch­points. We trans­lat­ed the new brand strat­e­gy, which was devel­oped togeth­er with BrandTrust, into all styl­is­tic ele­ments of the brand and noth­ing was left to chance or even taste. The result inspires employees and cus­tomers alike and cre­ates new con­fi­dence for a global leader, as the method­i­cal approach min­imis­es risk and thus max­imis­es cre­ativ­i­ty. The ini­tial reac­tions already show that we have man­aged to com­bine the right amount of cre­ativ­i­ty with a self-sim­i­lar approach.
